ARF1303Q6 is a DC to 46 GHz distributed amplifier in a 6 mm × 6 mm QFN Package designed for high bandwidth applications. With 15 dB of linear gain, positive gain slope and a typical P1dB of 22 dBm, it is suitable for a wide variety of applications. The part is unconditionally stable and internally matched to 50 Ω. An external bias tee is required for operation.
The part is RoHS* compliant and built with the latest manufacturing techniques for reliability and quality
