ARF1306 is a bare die GaN 2-18 GHz distributed amplifier designed for high bandwidth applications. With greater than 2 watts of output power and 15.5 dB of linear gain, it is well suited for a wide variety of applications. The part is pre matched to 50 Ω and RF ports are ac coupled.
The part is RoHS* compliant and built with the latest manufacturing techniques to optimize for reliability and quality control.
