ARF1121Q3 is a Ka-band driver amplifier MMIC fabricated in GaAs process technology. This part is ideally suited for satellite and communications infrastructure applications. The MMIC operates from 27 to 31 GHz and provides 22 dBm output power at 1 dB compression, 19 % PAE at 2 dB back-off from P1dB, and 17 dB of linear gain. ARF1121Q3 is housed in a 3 mm × 3 mm QFN package. RF ports are DC blocked, and the part is internally matched to 50 Ω. A power detector is included to gauge output RF power.
The part is RoHS* compliant and built with the latest manufacturing techniques to optimize for reliability and quality control.
