Altum RF’s E-band solutions enable enhanced performance for 5G/6G high-capacity networks. The lineup includes high-linearity GaAs power amplifiers designed for high-bandwidth applications and low noise amplifiers in die and packaged formats.

E-Band Power Amplifiers

Altum RF’s new E-band PA GaAs MMICs support today’s demanding mmWave telecom and SATCOM applications by offering high output power and gain for longer-range links. The ARF1018 covers 71–76 GHz with 1.8 W Psat (including bonding transitions from die) and 27 dB small-signal gain. The ARF1019 covers 81–86 GHz with 1.6 W Psat (including bonding transitions from die) and 24 dB small-signal gain. Both bare die MMICs measure a compact 3.5 x 4.1 x 0.05 mm3 and include an on-chip integrated power detector.

E-band Low Noise Amplifiers

Altum RF’s ARF1206(L5) E-band low-noise amplifier, available as bare die or in a surface mount package, is suitable for a variety of demanding telecommunications and sensing applications. It features 18–20 dB typical gain and 2.5–3.5 dB noise figure from 71–86 GHz. It is pre-matched to 50 Ω and ESD-protected.
