The ARF1009Q5 is a robust 15 W power amplifier in a 5×5 QFN package for X-band applications. With 28 dB of power gain and 39% power-added efficiency (in CW operation) the device is ideal for demanding phased-array applications, as well as telecommunications and test and measurement systems. The part is pre-matched to 50 Ω and is ESD protected to simplify handling and assembly.
The part is RoHS* compliant and built with the latest manufacturing techniques to optimize for reliability and quality control.
