More information
ARF1010Q4 is a linear amplifier designed for high data-rate applications. With 28 dB of linear gain, and 36 dBm OIP3 at POUT = 20 dBm, it is well suited to demanding, high-order modulation schemes such as millimeter-wave 5G. The circuit draws 600 mA from a 4 V DC supply, and current is adjusted with the VBIAS control. The part is internally matched to 50 Ω with ESD protection. RF ports are DC grounded.
A power detector is included to gauge output RF power.
The part is RoHS* compliant and built with the latest manufacturing techniques for reliability and quality control.
Export from The Netherlands/EU, no licence.
Applications
- 5G Millimeter Wave Radios
- Satellite Communication
- Point-to-Point Radios
- VSAT
- 24 GHz ISM Applications
