ARF1221Q2 is a general-purpose 6-18 GHz low-noise amplifier in a 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm QFN package, with 24 dB of linear gain, 1.0 dB noise figure, and an output P1dB of +12 dBm. The RF ports are AC coupled and internally matched to 50 Ω. The device is ESD protected to simplify handling and assembly.
The part is RoHS* compliant and built with the latest manufacturing techniques to optimize for reliability and quality control.
