Millimeter-wave IC Design using Advanced Compound Semiconductors by Tony Fattorini, Altum RF

Altum RF designs high-performance millimetre-wave to digital solutions for next generation markets and applications. This presentation will demonstrate recent product development examples using new GaAs and GaN technology with applications in millimeter-wave 5G, test and measurement, satcom and radar sensors. The design flow using Keysight ADS will be described from transistor modelling, circuit simulation and layout, through to electromagnetic modelling of the package assembly.
