Paramount to our company, we emphasize a design-for-manufacture approach with full production test capabilities to ensure highly reliable and ESD-safe products. We have pioneered the use of plastic over-mold lead-frame packages at frequencies up to 44 GHz and offer a variety of package options based on the best technology for each application.
