ARF1206

ARF1206 is a low-noise amplifier die for E-band applications. With 22 dB gain and 3.0 dB noise figure at 71 GHz, it is suitable for a variety of demanding telecommunication and sensing applications. The part is pre-matched to 50 Ω and is ESD protected to simplify handling and assembly.
