ARF2001
ARF2001 is a monolithic 55 to 96 GHz single pole double throw (SPDT) switch fabricated in a GaAs process technology. With better than 2 dB insertion loss from 55-90 GHz and typical 35 dB isolation this switch is very suited for V and E band applications. The ARF2001 is a bare die with input and output ports internally matched to 50 Ω.
The part is RoHS* compliant and built with the latest manufacturing techniques to optimize for reliability and quality control.
