ARF1023Q4

ARF1023Q4 is a linear amplifier designed for high data-rate applications. With 29.5 dB small-signal gain and 33.5 dBm OIP3 at POUT = 14 dBm, it is well suited to a variety of applications demanding linear power amplification in a small and convenient form-factor. The circuit draws 550 mA from a 4 V DC supply, and is adjusted with the VBIAS control. The part is internally matched to 50 Ω with ESD protection. RF ports are DC grounded.

The part is RoHS* compliant and built with the latest manufacturing techniques for reliability and quality control.
